Another mommy portrait

I've been taking a lot of portraits lately and this is one of the pictures. I think this picture showed that I'm not really good with portraits :( Still have heaps of things to learn on how to take good pictures.

I am really thankful to have her as my mom and to me, she is a beautiful woman. We really look a like too! That's a good thing, isn't it (:

Happy Father's Day!

Woah, it has been so long since my last update. What can I say, I have big lazy bums when it comes to updating blog. So today's post would be about my dad. Took the above picture on Father's Day which my family and I had a small picnic at the Tanjung Aru beach. As you can see, my dad is very laid back when it comes to fashion. A collared t-shirt with cargo short pants, a very convenient man he is. I think it's a good thing cos that means my mom, my sisters and moi would be able to get clothes that we want. LOL

He's my hero, period. Despite his strict nature, he's indeed the best dad anyone could ever had. I always ask for things from him but I don't always get what I want, same goes to my other siblings as well. We will be rewarded if we did something nice or got a good result in examination and that's why my siblings and I aren't spoilt.

Daddy, I love you very much and I promise to be a better daughter to you! :D

Happy (belated) Mother's Day!

Here's a photo of my beloved mum on her birthday. Took it while she was doing her make up for a small dinner party that my younger sister and I have prepared especially for her. My relatives said that I look just like my mum which to me is a good thing, I mean you wouldn't want to look like others besides your own mum right? We actually celebrated Mother's day on saturday instead of sunday cos my parents had a breakfast sale in Stella Maris church. We went to Hang Li Po restaurant to have a family dinner and it was nice. Didn't manage to buy her a present though :(

My mum tends to get on my nerves sometimes but I know that she's just being a mum and even though that she can be pretty annoying, I still love her. 

Old Town.

Went to Old Town White Coffee shop a few weeks ago with besties just to hang out and have dinner while waiting for the traffic jam to pass. I didn't have the appetite at that time so I just ordered cold coffee. Really had a great time and while we were there, we were the loudest bunch. As always. :)

A new gear!

Bought a new 50mm f/1.8 lens a few days ago and took some pictures with it. I'm indeed happy with the lens and all I have to buy now is a UV filter for it. Will buy it when I've got the money cos now I'm officially broke. *sigh*

For this post, I once again collaborated with Joel ( click on his name!) which happened to be the guy that I love. teehee~~ I took all of the pictures and he as always edited and had given them a new breather. Hope you guys enjoy pictures that have been randomly taken.

The Russian boy.

The boy is cute, isn't it? Taken this when my friends and I went to Poring a few weeks ago. The boy was sitting alone while waiting for his mom to finish taking picture of a waterfall nearby. And yes, he is Russian! No wonder he has those deep blue eyes! :D
